Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “T&C”) govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter the “CC”), the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the online store at shop.bosport.cz.

The buyer is a consumer within the meaning of Section 419 CC or an entrepreneur under Section 420 CC. Where a provision of the T&C is relevant only to consumers, this is expressly stated in the text.

All presentation of goods on the website is of an informative nature, and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract regarding these goods (Section 1732(2) CC).

The buyer places an order through the web form. Before submitting the order, the buyer is able to review and amend the entered data. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these T&C.

The seller will confirm receipt of the order by email without undue delay, no later than within 24 hours. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the order confirmation is delivered to the buyer.

The seller reserves the right to reject an order if the goods are unavailable, if the price is obviously incorrect, or if the order details are incomplete or inaccurate. In such a case, the seller will inform the buyer without delay and, where applicable, refund any payments already made.

Prices of goods are stated including VAT and all related charges (except shipping costs, which are shown in the cart before the order is completed). The price valid at the moment the order is submitted is binding on both parties.

Accepted payment methods:

• Online card payment — via the Comgate Payments, a.s. payment gateway (Reg. No. 27924505).
• Bank transfer — to the account stated in the order confirmation. We dispatch the goods once payment is credited.
• Cash on delivery — payment upon receipt of the parcel from the carrier.

We will send the tax document (invoice) electronically to the email stated in the order within 3 days of receiving payment (or of dispatching the goods in the case of cash on delivery).

The seller dispatches the goods within 2 business days of confirming the order (or of payment being credited in the case of transfer or card payment). The delivery time within the Czech Republic is usually 1–3 business days depending on the chosen carrier; delivery to Slovakia takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer according to the price list published in the Shipping & payment section. For orders above the limit stated on the website, shipping within the Czech Republic is free.

The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of the parcel. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend unpacking the parcel in the courier's presence and drawing up a complaint report.

In accordance with Section 1829(1) CC, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. As a goodwill gesture, the seller extends this period to 30 days.

A unilateral statement sent within this period is sufficient for withdrawal (email, letter or the enclosed form). Address for delivering the withdrawal and returning the goods:

The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The goods must be returned undamaged, complete and in their original condition (including all accessories and the original packaging where possible). The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to become acquainted with their nature and properties (Section 1833 CC).

The seller will refund all funds to the consumer, including delivery costs (in the amount corresponding to the cheapest delivery method offered by the seller), within 14 days of withdrawal, but not before the goods are returned or the consumer proves they have been sent back (Section 1832 CC). The refund will be made using the same method by which the payment was received, unless agreed otherwise.

The seller is liable to the buyer that the goods are free of defects upon receipt (Section 2161 CC). A consumer may exercise the right arising from a defect that occurs in consumer goods within 24 months of receipt (Section 2165 CC); for used goods this period may be shortened to 12 months. Entrepreneurs purchase with liability for defects under Section 2099 et seq. CC (a statutory warranty of 12 months).

A complaint will be settled without undue delay, no later than within 30 days of being filed (Section 19(3) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection), unless a longer period is agreed with the consumer.

Should a dispute arise between the seller and the consumer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of the dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority pursuant to Section 20d et seq. of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection.

The consumer may also use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform set up by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, Personal data protection (GDPR), which forms an integral part of these T&C.

These T&C are effective from 28. 4. 2026. The seller reserves the right to amend the T&C; for contracts already concluded, the wording valid at the time the contract was concluded applies. If the buyer disagrees with a change, they are entitled to terminate the contract within 14 days of being notified of the change.

The contract and the T&C are drawn up in the Czech language. Relations not governed by the T&C are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection, as amended.

If any provision of the T&C is invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the other provisions. Amendments to the contract may be made only in writing.
