As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code). As a goodwill gesture, we extend this period to 30 days. Please return the goods in their original condition — unused, complete, in the original packaging (where possible).

A consumer has the right to file a complaint about goods that have defects upon receipt (Section 2161 et seq. CC). The statutory period is 24 months from receipt (12 months for entrepreneurs). The warranty does not cover wear from normal use, mechanical damage or improper use contrary to the instructions.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you have the right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz), which provides out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
