Returns & complaints

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code). As a goodwill gesture, we extend this period to 30 days. Please return the goods in their original condition — unused, complete, in the original packaging (where possible).

1. 1Fill in the withdrawal form (below) or contact us by email at info@bosport.eu with your order number.
2. 2Pack the goods and send them to the seller's address (Heydukova 436, 539 73 Skuteč). We recommend an insured parcel — we are not liable for any loss in transit.
3. 3After we receive the goods and check their condition, we will refund your money within 14 days using the same method by which we received the payment (bank transfer / Comgate).

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. The template complies with Annex No. 1 of Government Regulation No. 363/2013 Coll.

A consumer has the right to file a complaint about goods that have defects upon receipt (Section 2161 et seq. CC). The statutory period is 24 months from receipt (12 months for entrepreneurs). The warranty does not cover wear from normal use, mechanical damage or improper use contrary to the instructions.

1. 1Contact us at info@bosport.eu with a description of the defect, photographs and your order / invoice number.
2. 2Send the goods being claimed to the seller's address (we recommend an insured parcel).
3. 3We will confirm receipt of the complaint by email within 3 business days (Section 19(1) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll.).
4. 4We will settle the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 30 days of it being filed (Section 19(3)).
5. 5We will inform you of the outcome by email; repaired or replaced goods will be sent back at our expense.

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you have the right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz), which provides out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
